0 Full-time 7 hours ago Full Job Description As a Business Banker II with Frost, you will be responsible for delivering products to designated segments of Small Business Markets.
Responsibilities will include managing loan commitments; processing referrals from financial center Relationship Managers and other areas of the bank for small business products including loans, depository accounts, trusts, and cash management services; supporting specific financial centers, defined geographic areas, and specific census tracts; servicing customer relationships once products are sold and accounts are opened; maintaining a thorough knowledge of all bank products appropriate for small businesses; attending training classes on bank products, policies, and sales; achieving monthly call goals and product sales goals set by the Sales Manager; reporting weekly activity and marketing results to the Sales Manager of Business Banking; and referring business, such as consumer and large commercial relationships, to appropriate areas and individuals.
The candidate will be knowledgeable of lending solutions, Frost philosophy and core values, the procedures of the Business Loan Center, prospecting and cold calling, and how to read credit reports and financial statements.
Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Time management skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Preferred:
Bachelor's degree Previous banking experience and knowledge of bank products.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
