Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Knowledge of medical administrative support software such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft is a plus - Experience with medical scheduling, medical records, or dental receptionist duties is highly desirable - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note:
